This website has no user accounts, data-submitting forms, comments or third-party analytics. We set no tracking cookies and use no advertising pixels.

Your browser may store a language preference (VI/EN) in local storage to remember your choice. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

The website is hosted on a hosting provider's infrastructure. The provider may keep technical logs (IP address, access time, requested page) under its own policy for security and operations. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.

When you email us, call or visit our office, we record only the information needed to respond to your request (name, email address or phone number, subject). This is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Once the project launches activities, we may collect information about schools, supported students and volunteers. We commit to:

• Collect the minimum necessary, only for the stated purpose.
• Obtain guardian consent for information about children.
• Store securely with restricted access.
• Never publish children's identifying information.
• Update this policy before collection begins.

The website links to Google Maps and external references. When you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies.

You may ask to know, correct or delete personal information we hold about you (if any). Please email founder@quykientaogiacmo.org or call us using the number on the Contact page.

This policy refers to Vietnam's personal data protection regulations. We will review it with legal counsel before the project collects personal data at operational scale.
