Image & Content Policy

This policy explains where the images on this website come from, how we use images of children, and how we keep content honest.

Last updated:

01Illustrative images

As the project has not yet launched activities, every photograph on this website is illustrative, used under open licences (Creative Commons, public domain or equivalent) from sources such as Wikimedia Commons. They depict education in Vietnam and are not images of the project's own activities.

Author, source and licence information for each image is listed at the bottom of this page and in the IMAGE_CREDITS.md file shipped with the website source code.

Using these images — including public-domain images published by other agencies or organisations — does not imply that any organisation, author or person pictured endorses, supports or is affiliated with the project.

02Future images of children

  • Photograph and use images of children only with written guardian consent and the child's assent.
  • Never publish images alongside specific identifying information.
  • Never use images of children in distress, inadequately clothed or in undignified circumstances.
  • Guardians may request removal of an image at any time.

03Honest content

We publish no unverified impact figures, describe no plans as completed work, and invent no names of schools, students, donors or partners. All forward-looking content is clearly labelled as targets or plans.

04Logo and identity

The Dream Builders Foundation logo is an original design. Please do not modify it or use it to imply affiliation without permission.

05Content complaints

If you believe an image or piece of content on this website infringes your rights or is inaccurate, please contact us. We will review and respond as soon as possible.
