Impact

Impact is measured, not declared

We have no activities to report yet. This page explains how we will measure impact, the targets we have set, and is ready to hold real figures once they exist.

No real figures yet

Result counters will only appear here once the project has real activities and data verified with a clear source. Every figure below is a target.
Methodology

How we will assess impact

Five principles to ensure every published figure is meaningful and verifiable.

  1. 1

    Measuring inputs, outputs and outcomes

We distinguish between resources used (inputs), what was delivered (outputs) and real change for children (outcomes). Only outcomes count as "impact".

  2. 2

    Data from schools and communities

Attendance, learning results and feedback are collected with teachers and parents, with consent and with children's identities protected.

  3. 3

    Before-and-after comparison

Every program begins with a baseline survey so that change can be compared honestly.

  4. 4

    Independent verification

Once eligible, reports will be checked by a third party. Until then, we state the source and method behind every figure.

  5. 5

    Reporting what did not work

Our reports will include targets we missed and why — not only the successes.
